1. Website Information
Website content, images, rates and offers are provided for general information and may change. Placeholder contact details, maps, awards and imagery must be replaced with verified resort information before public launch.
2. Booking Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after the resort issues written confirmation and receives any required payment.
3. Rates and Taxes
Displayed rates are starting prices and may vary by dates, occupancy, meal plan, taxes, minimum stay and offer conditions. The reservation team will provide the final payable amount.
4. Payment
Payments must be made only through official instructions issued by the resort. Guests should verify account details directly if anything appears unusual.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation, amendment and refund terms depend on the selected rate and stay dates. The applicable policy will be stated in the booking confirmation.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to provide accurate information, follow resort safety guidance, respect other guests and use rooms, facilities and equipment responsibly.
7. Availability of Services
Activities, dining venues, wellness services and facilities may be affected by weather, maintenance, safety conditions or local requirements. Reasonable alternatives may be offered.
8. Intellectual Property
Website design, text, branding and original media may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.
